In today's tourism sector, which experience an intense global competition, pull factors play a decisive role in the marketing of touristic destinations. In the context of satisfying the individual’s push factors to travel, pull factors of the destinations have a significant impact on tourists’ resort choice. It is aimed to determine the importance given to the development of tourism and the services provided in the Antalya Destination by the students; to determine the performance of the services provided; and to evaluate the perceived importance and performance of features and services with the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Though this method, importance and performance of pull factors in Antalya destination as perceived by tourism students, who study on tourism field at Akdeniz University in Antalya destination, are examined. With the IPA method, the importance of pull factors perceived in the destination and the application performance of pull factors were determined.
